    main difference between excercise and pranayam is….
    during exercise body oxygen demand and supply both are increased..
    while during pranyam, the body oxygen demand remains normal and we r supplying more den required…. so this extra oxygen vl boost our detox process..
    this vl also help in free radical scavenging (the most imp cause of cell injury leading to aging)

    and yoga vl revert ur body to normal functions… basically it helps to achieve homeostasis….
    so obv yoga n pranaym is beneficial, bt v shud also practice modern cardio exc program to enhance stoke volume, cardiac output and oder cardiac parameters….
